Crock-Pot Veggie Chili
Let's be honest- who doesn't love an easy crock-pot meal? This chili recipe is a delicious and nutritious family favorite recipe. It only takes about 15 minutes of prep time before throwing everything together in the crock pot!
Ingredients
1 Hunts 29 oz. 100% natural tomato sauce
x2 28 oz. San Marzano peeled tomato cans
x1 15 oz. Red Kidney Beans
x1 15 oz. Black Beans
x1 15 oz. Garbanzo Beans
x1 15 oz. Great Northern Beans
x1 Red Pepper, chopped
x1 Red Pepper, chopped
1/2 medium yellow onion chopped
1 1/2 chili packets- we use McCormick Mild Chili Seasoning
*** For a grown up version add 6 Tablespoons of Cholula hot sauce
Directions
Rinse and drain beans.
Sautée peppers and onion in 1 Tablespoon of avocado oil and a dash of salt
Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy with toppings such as sour cream, cheddar cheese, avocado or green onions.
