Crock-Pot Veggie Chili

Let's be honest- who doesn't love an easy crock-pot meal? This chili recipe is a delicious and nutritious family favorite recipe. It only takes about 15 minutes of prep time before throwing everything together in the crock pot!

Ingredients

  • 1 Hunts 29 oz. 100% natural tomato sauce

  • x2 28 oz. San Marzano peeled tomato cans

  • x1 15 oz. Red Kidney Beans

  • x1 15 oz. Black Beans

  • x1 15 oz. Garbanzo Beans

  • x1 15 oz. Great Northern Beans

  • x1 Red Pepper, chopped

  • x1 Red Pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 medium yellow onion chopped

  • 1 1/2 chili packets- we use McCormick Mild Chili Seasoning

  • *** For a grown up version add 6 Tablespoons of Cholula hot sauce

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain beans.

  2. Sautée peppers and onion in 1 Tablespoon of avocado oil and a dash of salt

  3. Combine all ingredients in crock pot.

  4. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  5. Salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Enjoy with toppings such as sour cream, cheddar cheese, avocado or green onions.
